You might think that all elves in glorious Rivendell have an easy life. In that matter you are absolutely wrong. Lamaerahd surely didn't have an easy life. When he was young his father was a proud elf who fought many smaller wars against darkness. But one time his father went to Misty Mountains with a group of elves to fight against goblins. When the others came back they told that they had lost the fight and Lamaerahds father was captured by those nasty goblins. The fate of his father is unknown but elves in Rivendell think that he has joined the army of darkness after many years of torturing. That would be a huge upset to elves because then evil would have a soldier that knows everything about elves and especially about Rivendell.

After that Lamaerahd had to learn how to defend himself and his mother. One day he found a bow from the cellar of their home that had belonged to his father. He wanted to be even better than his father. He tried to learn deadly and accurate shots every day. He had no concentration and didn't manage to ever hit the target. He told to his mother about how he wasn't good at archery. His mother thought he should think something else but just shooting. Once Lamaerahd went to Elronds library where his mother used to spend her days. She was a scholar and Lamaerahd got interested in it. After that he did more scholars work than learning how to fight what gave him amazingly good concentration. He became even better scholar than her mother and with the new concentration he could hit even more difficult targets. He's skinny and a bit weak elf but what he loses in pure power he wins in great bow skills. So he is in big trouble when he gets to melee contact with an enemy.

Since he was a child he has been interested in different kind of places than his home and the safe woods near it. One day when he was old enough he left home. He was able to leave mother alone now because she had many friends in Rivendell and there hadn't been any attacks from Misty Mountains in ages. Lamaerahd really loves his mother and he visits Rivendell as frequently as possible.

First town he settled in for a longer time was Bree. There he became a good friend to some men. For a short time he even helped Bree when the city was attacked by evil men. Once he heard that Trestlebridge, north of Bree, had been under attack by many orcs and part of it had been destroyed. He saw many orphans come to Bree from Treslebridge to find shelter. His head couldn't handle the amount of angry thougts this produced and he felt anger even more in his heart. He couldn't take it anymore, he thought that if he could help free people at anyway possible, he would do it. He went closer and closer to evil places and helped many cities and their soldiers near Angmar. And one time at Gabilshathur he was sure he saw his father behind a huge group of orcs. He felt like everything stopped, he went numb, there was this ugly elf as boss of these orcs. Then he saw the boss leave. He is sure he can get his father back. He is still on the journey to find his father...
