The Shield Crush is actually Shield Smash. I have no idea which of these are useful, but usually people want to get all the pages anyway to experience the traits themselves. You can equip only two out of four. Fourth trait is To The King which you get after completing the level 45 class quests.

Mind you, while that question surely is good and the reply helpful, would ya consider putting this into a separate thread ? In my view this just doesn't fit into "Tigrim's Guide" about using the class, but rather describes the class quests.
